I have accomplished the first stage of my Keezer and built the collar. I built a crude collar just because I didn't have the resources for making a nice one out of good wood. I plan however, to just spray chalk paint on the surface to make an awesome surface for showing what is on tap. I also attached my Johnson temperature control to the front for easy temperature adjustment and reading. If you are curious how I built this let me know and I can post the steps to make your own.

This is the inside of the cooler. I left my fridge basket in there so I could use it to make a couple hard cheeses. The main part is built with your standard 2x4's and I attached plywood to form a snug hug around the outside and hold it in place.

Right now on tap I have a Clockwork orange and Somoa Brown. Unfortunately, I am out of CO2 because of a crack in the body of the regulator I was using. I took a closer look at it tonight thinking I could just put some solder on that and call it good but it looks like it is a pretty deep crack caused by the manufacturer. Both beers are quite sesionable and weigh in at around 5% or less. If anyone wants any more specs on them just let me know.
